Learn to brew your own sparkling probiotic tea! It costs about $3 to make a gallon of kombucha, and you can flavor it with fresh fruit or herbs. Participants will sample homemade kombucha, learn its history and health benefits, safety tips, take home recipes and a SCOBY to begin brewing immediately. Brief introduction to acid/alkaline diet and probiotics. Cost per person is $10 for materials.

Using a variety of books and literary sources we will explore spiritual topics, gain insights and expand our horizons. Join us for open discussion and fun activities. The Library will be CLOSED Saturday, Sept 3 and Monday, Sept 5 for the Labor Day Weekend. Please have a safe and happy long weekend.
Storytimes will resume after Labor Day on Tuesday, Sept. 6. They will be Tuesday & Thursdays 10:30 and Wednesday at 2:30. Next week we hope to have some much needed renovations done in the Children’s Room so please excuse any mess or inconveniences while we improve this wonderful space.
